But then he's left in the dark, nothing but the sparks from his own nostrils glittering in front of his eyes.
Moments pass, and Souda begins to laugh, and laugh, and laugh until he can't stop laughing and crying all at once, keeling over onto his back with his wings spread on the floor, until he hasn't the breath to laugh or cry anymore.
