[ As Kaito goes throughout his day, every time he passes a radio, it will immediately burst into static, no matter if it is on or not.
The closer he gets, the louder it is.
It's like the constant whine of a child's temper tantrum.
After the first day, this will be a periodic occurrence for the next several days.
It's increasingly hard to escape, until one day, out of nowhere, it stops.
But until then, it will be as if every radio is screaming for his attention.]
