[It brings another bubbly laugh-even if it is, quite likely, for different reasons than what Elias feels they're for. She never viewed him as a 'God' in the sense that others seemed to feel-strong, powerful yes, but worship was not on her mind. To hear him talk about how he's known as the 'Fourth God', to joke about wanting to be the 'First', makes it feel as though he agrees. God is a title-one that only a scarce few can have, certainly.
