This is a place to send your prayers to the Fourth god. He may not always respond, or he may respond in ways you don’t expect, but he is always listening.

Speak, he hears you.

OOC note:  As of April 2020, threads with the gods will be capped at three NPC replies! Please keep this in mind when writing god prayers to make sure you get everything you need out of the thread.It’s also possible to handwave prayers by titling your comment HANDWAVED PRAYER. Handwaved prayers lack our usual flourish, but you can expect a faster response!

As of February 2024, god prayers will be handwaved only. Please only submit a prayer if you have a question for either god which needs answering in order to progress your character's arc within Ryslig. If this is something you need to tier up within the god boon system, or just to set up a player plot in general, please don't hesitate to submit a prayer about it! You may shorten it down to an OOC summary of what your character is asking. This will allow any of our helper mods to reply much faster, without having to dig into the specifics of either god's personality/writing quirks. Should this limitation be lifted again in the future, this note will be removed.

[Rhoda finally gets up the nerve to type a message to the Fourth God on her laptop. She's not sure if this will work, but hey, time to give it a try.]

Dear Mr. Fourth God,

Hi, my name is Rhoda Penmark. I heard about you from some other people here like Reira. I was told at church that I can't have any other gods but I haven't been to church since I've been here so maybe it will be OK.

I like it here and I don't want to go back home but I really hate being a troll. :( I like being stronger but I don't like the spikes on my back or that I can't go outside and play in the sun that much. Some people told me you can help me not be a monster anymore, but other people said that isn't true. I liked that city you sent us to until it broke.

I would really like another vacation like that, but longer. Is it true that you could do that if we help you? I know some people didn't like Felfri so they tried to destroy it, which made me sad.

I'd like to help, but I'm not sure how. Can you tell me? Thanks.

[Right, Reira had mentioned that it was "still there", but the whole "parallel dimension" thing doesn't make much sense to her. The way the Fourth explains it is a bit simpler.]

So the fog god is the only thing preventing you from sending us back there? Is that where your power went too?
