This is a place to send your prayers to the Fourth god. He may not always respond, or he may respond in ways you don’t expect, but he is always listening.

Speak, he hears you.

OOC note:  As of April 2020, threads with the gods will be capped at three NPC replies! Please keep this in mind when writing god prayers to make sure you get everything you need out of the thread.It’s also possible to handwave prayers by titling your comment HANDWAVED PRAYER. Handwaved prayers lack our usual flourish, but you can expect a faster response!

As of February 2024, god prayers will be handwaved only. Please only submit a prayer if you have a question for either god which needs answering in order to progress your character's arc within Ryslig. If this is something you need to tier up within the god boon system, or just to set up a player plot in general, please don't hesitate to submit a prayer about it! You may shorten it down to an OOC summary of what your character is asking. This will allow any of our helper mods to reply much faster, without having to dig into the specifics of either god's personality/writing quirks. Should this limitation be lifted again in the future, this note will be removed.

Hi, Elias. It's been a while. I've tried to do right by you, since I know your old man didn't exactly do the same.

But I've been thinking things over, and I think it's time to cut ties. Nothing personal -- you've always treated me decent. But I couldn't stomach it if Tim got pulled into this because of me. And to be honest, I know my heart's not in it like the others. It's always been somewhere else.

I'll leave my card in the arcade. Let me know if ya ever need anything, and I'll see what I can do.

[For a few minutes, there's no response. The cursor blinks on his laptop screen, regularly at first, and then faster and faster. When the text appears, letter by letter, it's accompanied by bursts of static and jarring fragments of words from the radio, TV, and any other electronics nearby]

[If Majima touches the laptop - or any of the other buzzing electronics - he'll find the surface hot and sticky with static, enough to raise the hair all up his arms. Pixels on the screen are beginning to dance on and off, and there's a faint smell of burning copper.]

I have to. I've been looking for a way off Ryslig from day one, ya know that much. It was was always gonna be goodbye eventually. And now I look back and I've made too many compromises already.
