This is a place to send your prayers to the Fourth god. He may not always respond, or he may respond in ways you don’t expect, but he is always listening.

Speak, he hears you.

OOC note:  As of April 2020, threads with the gods will be capped at three NPC replies! Please keep this in mind when writing god prayers to make sure you get everything you need out of the thread.It’s also possible to handwave prayers by titling your comment HANDWAVED PRAYER. Handwaved prayers lack our usual flourish, but you can expect a faster response!

As of February 2024, god prayers will be handwaved only. Please only submit a prayer if you have a question for either god which needs answering in order to progress your character's arc within Ryslig. If this is something you need to tier up within the god boon system, or just to set up a player plot in general, please don't hesitate to submit a prayer about it! You may shorten it down to an OOC summary of what your character is asking. This will allow any of our helper mods to reply much faster, without having to dig into the specifics of either god's personality/writing quirks. Should this limitation be lifted again in the future, this note will be removed.

[For a moment Shun shakes and glares at the radio, before he closes his eyes and the tension drains a little with the next exhales. He's irritated with the Fourth, sure, but it's not the god that he's truly mad at. When he opens his eyes again, he's all business again.]

I'm working on it.

[The attempts to do anything by himself haven't gotten him anywhere, but the relationship he's been building with the Toyotomi, their plan to take on Vandare… it just may prove fruitful for more than just that. Shun is banking on it at very least.]

I'd appreciate a little support though.

[The radio stops on an announcer laughing, before making another sentence.

It goes back around to the music, the cello is mournful, and then a viola takes over, making the notes sweeter.

Back to the music, and the viola strains.

[A faint scowls flashes over his face – Shun doesn't appreciate being laughed at, especially not by supernatural deities living in the goddamn radio. But fine. If he already has the Fourth on line, he might as well get his opinion on something else too.]

If you are really always watching, then you know about what happened in Kulen. [The bugs, the infection of his followers… surely the Fourth doesn't want them to die anymore than they want to.] Any advice on that?

[There is an angry spit of static. Clearly the Fourth is not particularly fond of this situation either.

The music comes back, and this time it is much harsher, still the orchestra, but rapid paced and angry.]

[Shun winces slightly at the noise, it'd hurt even if his hearing wasn't already as sensitive as it is. The words of the Fourth though…]

Divide and conquer to keep us from finding a cure, is it?
